I think the whole site has been ruined beyond salvage. One of the first show had a detector in the shallow water getting a Solid Tone. Good strong signal. That seemed to disappear and never checked.

How could a strong signal move around? Hmmm. Floating in water or in a current of some sort. I would be careful poking around that signal as it sounds like another water trap. The entire treasure may be under water. If there were a way to sink caissons around the bay, pump the water out then explore that area. After all whomever buried the treasure made the bay. Why? Interestingstory tough..
