Religious medal ?

HI, I found this while on vaca. in Ga and was hoping someone can help Identify it. There is a cross in the star, and in very small letters in the blue ribbon is the Word "Congregational" Any information would be appreciated also if someone would tell me where to go for directions about posting on here and becoming a member it would be great, I have enjoyed reading all your posts for awhile now and just got a camera so i hope this works.

It looks somewhat like an Eastern Star logo. If there is a Masonic Lodge around your area, you may check with them as to who is involved with the Eastern Star there. -Noodle
