Hello all! I got out Saturday with a couple friends to a spot that's produced good for a while. I found this ring that I passed off as junk at first. I got it home & it tested positive for 10k! The setting is fake though, really odd. It's marked Checo & from what I have found it dates to the late 1800s to early 1900s & was made in Texas. I also found a few other neat relics including a gyroscope. The find of the day was made by my buddy who found a Courtney & Tennant Confederate cavalry button. Man what a find! It was his first CS button. What a great one to find as your first. I added a photo below, absolutely beautiful with the full shank intact. It was a beautiful day in SC after all the messy weather last week! Thanks for looking & HH!
