Relic? found in Spokane, WA? Help identify!

Please help identify. It rang up like a quarter and was around 6 inches deep wedged between some thick roots in the Gonzaga neighborhood. It says Spokane across the top and The City of Sunshine and Power at the bottom.

Spokane Wa. souvenir key chain fob... and a key.

They perhaps were "one" at one time and the bits have rusted away.

That's a cool find.

I couldn't find a match but I did find a number of references to "The City of Sunshine and Power". Apparently it was the catch phrase used by Spokane in the 1910's...

As AARC says, likely a souvenir pendant or part of a watch fob from back then.
