All Treasure Hunting
Okie Hillbilly & i went far out in the country to a friend's place & hunted two 'old places', one still had a few boards left, & the foundation standing, the other was just 'huge oak trees & flowers to mark the spot.
We found harmonica parts, bridle bits, plow points, brace & bit, truck parts, handles, flashlight (flattened), plus a (flattened) coffepot.
Thimble, one 'wheatie' (1944), OK tax token, lead (melted), dr. pepper bottles, bedpan, pressure cooker parts, (wire), hoes, lock, horse items, file, bicycle pump base, etc...
We had a 'very relaxing' time , then helped the landowner burn brushpiles.

Some great old relics Fossis, and a nice day to be out too.

Thanks Scotto, we had to open three gates, & watch out for a 'mean yellow cow', it was way back in the 'boonie's'.

Would you perhaps be able to post a close-up of that piece by itself? If that isn't a bayonet, it would fool the most seasoned CW digger on the planet! I'm certainly hoping it is one. That is a fantastic find.

I didn't pay much attention when Okie dug it, but it seems to be a 'wrench prybar combination', with the wrench part broken.
