I got a cheaper MD at a garage sale a few years ago, and upgraded to a Minelab Soverghn GT last year. I had problems with the machine that ended up being related to cheap headphones so I have new found confidence! Ive found mostly post 1965 coins so far and a random piece of jewelry here and there so far but I am enjoying the hobby so far, mostly when there are no fish to catch!

Ive read this board a lot and it seems great, thanks for having me!
