Public Square

As far as I'm aware I was the only one ever Given carte blanche Permission
for the Square which I took advantage of for about summer one year till spring the next. Got tired of a store owner in the Square who kept trying to Stop me.
Since then, He may have won out. I Heard you had to go to a borough Meeting after that, and Submit a written letter explain intent. Of course if that came second hand through the Store Owner I Don't know. because one of his attempts to stop me was he said they had a Meeting & it was outlawed, Which I immediately Disproved,
By going directly to the Borough Office & Police. who told me to ignore him.

Don't attempt without going to Borough Office !
