Reflector 30's, 40's...........?

Found this in the my yard by the driveway. First of all congrats to my ATpro! Heard the signal, but didn't read on display. Pulled it at 12 inches!

I think it's maybe a reflector for either a bicycle, or car/truck.

Any one out there that might be able to help out on this. Trying to narrow down the year.

Very cool, this is right up my alley. A classic era of signs, these reflectors were even used on very old black and yellow stop signs.
