Found some nice colors today. Went to another new creek I just got permission to be in. It was getting hot at noon so I left early
We had rain last night and the creek was getting high while I was there from the water upstream and dirty so I decided to go but can go back when ever I feel like it. The point was covered in slime just like the rocks it took 3 trips to spot it I wont lie I probably missed some. I found one red point, 1 white quartz knife or scraper hard to tell and a small blue flint drill. Some worked flint and 1 base to a small point which would of been a black and white but over all it wasnt a bad trip. HH rock

Nice one's rock. That stemmed piece very sweet man! Nice score.

nice finds Rock...the red one is a beauty.

It was very hard to see with the mud on it. Looks to be a Bakers Creek which dates around 1500 B.P. normal time frame for my area. Its a creek stained quartzite I like it cause its red but thats the stain normal color would probably be tan. Hope to get back if we dont get more rain. Still hot even with rain.

Nice finds! Looks like you have a good new creek to search!

Awesome Rock ! Good going being able to spot them through their mud and slime camouflage. I hope your new spot keeps producing for all year. HH

You had a good hunt. I really like the nice point!

Yes I was pleased to be able to glimpse it covered in mud. I think I stepped on it and turned it at a new angle cause as I decided to give up I reached for my cord on my yak and there it was, Ha Ha
