Hey y’all sorry to bother. I found this little sherd washed up on one of my gravel bars. At first I thought it was Indian, based on the rough surface texture. The back however was red and very smooth, but not glazed. It looks old to me, and the edges show it has been in the creek for a while. I could be wrong, and it might just be modern terra-cotta. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
