Found this metal detecting today any ideas ? Does it have rarity?

Quartz is the majority of it and the red is likely due to iron minerals thru out the matrix. Sorry not a rarity but a good piece for your collection or rock garden. The rounded appearance makes me think its probably a river cobble.
