Red or rose quartz? What can I do with it?

Is the first pics of rose quartz? What can I do with it? The next pics are of a huge rock in my woods which looks to have a quartz vein. Is this the case?

Your rose quartz is not good for cutting or jewelry making but is a nice garden rock or if you are like me, a deck rock or even inside the house shelf rock. If you like it, find a place for it and enjoy it. The second rock looks like granite with a quartz vein.
