A man in Sacramento, CA called me today and told me he lost his wedding ring in 10-15 feet of water in the American River. He wants someone to help him recover it. He saw it go down but could not recover it. He has offered two scuba tanks as a reward for its recovery. The water is fairly clear in the Americn River.
