Looking for any advice that has run bilge pumps off of batteries I have a 2000 gallon brand new not sure what to get for a battery would like something to at least run maybe three to four hours
Deep cycle marine battery?

A good deep cycle marine battery with the most reserve minutes you can find should do the trick. Just make sure the pump is 12 volt, not 24. They do make 24 volt marine pumps.

I have been using this battery with my 2000gph and 3700gph for almost a year now. Weighs only a few pounds and I get a couple hours of run time with the 2000gph pump. If you want a little more pressure and flow there are some 16v batteries out now as well around 100$.

Just curious so what type of charging unit are you using to recharge that battery?
