Well went today to walk around the Pea Ridge Battlefield to learn a little more. Walking them fields and standing where General Mcintosh was killed is so surreal. Being near the Elkhorn Tavern makes one feel as if they could wake up and be right next to them men so many years ago. You can almost sense the agony and pain them went through.
