Received some RARE China Republic coins this weekend!!

I compared their years with the US coins of the same years.

Although yet to find their mintages, I seriously want to send these to NGC to grade since they are in awesome looking conditions. ($35 a pop though)

Any suggestions?

I'd make sure to get them slabbed, especially if you are thinking about selling them. There are lots of fakes out there of Chinese coins but the Chinese numismatic market is huge right now. Your coins look genuine (looks like real toned silver) but Chinese coins are one of those things that unless its slabbed, few people will pay good money for them.

NGC/PCGS usually do a poor job of grading US coins, but you need to authenticate them if you want to sell them and NGC/PCGS is your best bet (especially since eBay soon won't let you call your coins graded unless they are certified by either of those companies).

I'm not sure about the values/rarities on them but I'd imagine they'll sell for well more than scrap value.

would you share the book title of the source?
I got a 2011 Redbook but thats only for US coins.

2007 Standard Catalog Of World Coins 1801-1900 5th edition (online version)

I could give you them, but they wouldn't fit on Tnet (2 gb (1800s), 1/2 gb (1900s)).I also have other catalogs 2001+ and 1701-1800.
