I want to another old park around my house and I found what appears to be a small round button with broken shank, but I’m not sure, if anybody knows more on this one please let me know. Also got a handful of lead, 2 square nails, a key, suspender and a bracelet with a design on it. Oh and a pocket knife. I’m leaving about to go swing at 7am. You think I had a feeling it was deep in a 1850’s Park, but have never seen one so round and small. Would you happen to know the name of this kind of button? I’m gonna do some reach I love this part of the hobby. Thank you so much for your time.

Any advice on cleaning it so maybe in can pick up some deal? I found this one it has dimples on the top but not the webbing I don’t think. IMG_2441.JPG

And yes I’m on a coffee high lol

I like the cool old copper bracelet with that nice patina. The old button is a nice relic find too. Good digs buddy.:icon_thumright:

I can't see the button very well in the pictures. If its 2 piece its a ball button.
If its cast all in one (ie the shank as well) bronze & solid, then its a Tudor Button! (1580s!)
