Got the razor for $10 and the Case knife for 50cents. Its an early XX Case, a bit of use but should fetch more than 50 cents and the razor I am hoping for at least $100- $125.
Thanks for the list, very helpful. The one I got is a J 1. 1964That Aristocrat is the find of the week. I think you can get more than $100 or $125 if it is as good as it looks. Early 1960's looks like. Do you know how to date them with the code? I see the 1 but not the letter.
1950-1988 (letter codes)
The single-letter date codes are accompanied by a number, which corresponds to the quarter of the year. So 'O-1' means 1969, January-March. Date codes on blades (see above) also continued through this period.

I have been keeping a lookout for razors also. Its a niche item that a lot don't know about. Here is the last one I got 2 weeks ago for $5Marty, you're killing me. That razor is awesome. I just recently started to collect Gillette razors but have been buying them for years because i knew they had value to collectors. That is quite a find for that price.
Ill have to post some pictures of my other finds from last weekend. I picked up a Ruffoni copper pot, Longines watch, tools and some other assorted goodies. For some reason i got the idea of razors into my head and asked the elderly woman if she had any. A few minutes later she appeared with a pair of mid 1960s Gillette TTO Adjustables for 5 bucks.![]()

I found this in a house last month and I did find a Y on it, so does mean it is from the 50`s ? I have found a few of these last year, now I have to go find whatever box I put them in
Damn, those are some great razors. You have done beyond great with those buys. These next 2 are really nice examples of never used/in the box. The first is a "New" with the paper label and the second is a Aristocrat TTO with the razor safe and pack of King Gillette blue razors. I think i paid between 10-15.00 for each of these. I've got quite a few more nice razors that i don't have pictures of now but can take some later if you want to see more.
