Hello All,
2 garage sales this weekend, plus the Goodwill store. Got a few clothing items listed on the bay. This week's sales were really good for me. Please keep in mind I am a low volume seller who does this on the side . I am an assistant principal at a high school so that takes up 99% of my time.

This week's bay sales:

1 pair of men's Diesel Jeans--> Paid $5.99 and sold for $46.04 & I charged $4.97 for shipping, but sent them via Priority Mail which costs me about $0.09 more.

1 men's Armani Men's long sleeve shirt--> Paid $2.50 and sold for $26.00

1 Ladies 7 For All Mankind Jeans--> Paid $5.99 and sold for $26.00

My best deal was a pair of Women's Brazilan Jeans that had I purchased for $5.99 and sold for $49.99

I love clothes and that seems to be my "nitch." Every year Mr. Apush and I head to the beach for a week. My goal is to pay for our vacation this year! A big thank you to all of you that have given me advice. I will heed it!

The Armani shirt was at a garage sale; the rest were at Goodwill. The garage sales here are few and far between. Folks close up once a little frost is on the ground! I keep hoping to find some perfume--checking the bay even "used perfume" does very well. None yet, but still a lookin'.

Perfume does do well. I find it every once in a while at one of the thrift stores I go to and at an antique mall.

... Were i am garage sales are closed down this time of year ... But there is a Twp. garage sale at the fire hall on Feb.16 i wii be at that one.... I hope i can do as good as you... Keep up with the good finds...

Used perfume can do extremely well. I have had a couple really nice scores with perfumes. Keep looking and you will find them. Good research!

It looks like you may have found your niche! Good going. The wife picked up a bunch of perfume and compacts and little ladies wallets this past weekend at an estate sale. I'll post a thread.
