Ratphones.

I bought my set of Ratphones through the site. They accept PayPal, among other methods and there will be "Add to Cart" buttons to use. I just checked the homepage info and it says that the "add to cart" buttons will not be there if the item is out of stock and it also states that no orders will be taken over the phone. So, for now, see if any authorized dealer on their dealers list has any in their shop or wait until the "buttons" appear back on the website and order there. You can call the number and ask if they have a date in mind that their stock will be replenished. The guy who builds them runs the site. I would guess that he was swamped with orders over Christmas.

The Ratphones are worth the wait.

When I got mine I ordered them direct. I got the single volume knob with the limiter installed. Great quality headphones.
If they start making a single earpiece set for woods hunting I will get those as well.

I use the rat phones with the limiter and without the soveriegn mod on my GT and love them.
I like the fact that the cord plugs in on both ends with a 1/4" stereo plug on one end and a 1/4" mono plug on the other. 2 +'s here you just reverse the ends in order to make the ratphone compatible with which ever detector you are using, if you have multiple detectors this is nice. The other + is with the cord plugging on both ends, you won't find yourself ripping the cord out on low limbs if you do just plug it back in. No soldering or having to repair your phones. I was told by a dealer that the new model rat phones were shipping out in Feb. 2008 and they quit shipping the previous models in Oct. of 2007. That is why they are so hard to find now, most dealers are sold out of the 2007 models.
