Rare Russian coin ( 20 kopeek 1837 ,silver )

I was suprised , when i saw the prices in web.shops , if the conditsion is good like this mine ,and year is rare 1837.

Last year I dug up``d 20 kopeek in weak conditsion and the year was not rare, -1823

If the two initials beginning with the letter H look like this: 'НГ' then the assayer is Nikolay Grachev.
