I went out for a couple hours before work this morning to the site I found the half dime. The good signals at this site are getting fewer and farther between so I have been expanding my search area a little bit. My next to last signal of the day was the token. It is a 1863 George B Ames token. On the reverse it says "George B Ames Dealer in Drugs, Books, &c Belvidere, IL." It was manufactured by Scovill and is made of brass. This site always has something interesting to offer.
