Rare 1923 (1st year issused) Pennsylvania Fishing Licence Button

I was sifting a bottle dump and found this beauty. Just to clearify something, in 1922 was the the first year PA made fishing licence but in 1923 they made metal ones that people wore.

Years ago I found the first year issue Calif Hunting lis. which was an allum disc bigger than a silver dollar.There is quite a collector base for them!I was offered $100 for mine,but could do it

Thats odd?Mine is the same year,but round and says,"$1",..........I just realized,I said,"$1000",in my original post!!I meant $100!!!
