Rainy days in the Cornfield Swamp...

Hi Guys, the snow is melting away and the rainfalls are turning my beloved Corn Fields into a Swamp. After an hour or two into the mud, i decided its not making a lot of sense to hunt there as long as the soil is that wet So i spent the days hunting old sites and didnt really find as much as i did on the Field. But just felt the need to show you guys what´s going on in Europe.

- Lead Seals

- Buckles

- Nazi Coins

- a massive piece of bronze...no idea what it is from. Its one of the few things i found on the muddy cornfield. Need to search there again.

- Buttons (Some napoleonic ones as well).

- Musket Balls

- Shells, Projectiles from WW2, Loading Clips

- Something that looks like pieces of a Lamp

- American .50 Bmg Machinegun Shell, DM - Des Moines Ordnance Plant, 4 - 1944

- A watch

- a huge Trease Lock (without the Treasure unfortunately)

- a Lighter

- Lead Toy Soldiers

Wonderfully diverse set of finds.

Be careful though, especially over there across the pond. I would expect there might be a thing or two still in the ground that metal detectors were invented to find. Mines.

Thanks Whadifind! Found two german mines and one american handgranade only in the past half year. Had everything removed from the Police and the Bomb Squad. Digging my holes VERY carefully since that.
