Hey guys, Here is a token my buddy found last week. Can't find anything on it. I know it is about the Saratoga & Encampment Railway...but have no clue about the souvenir or Parkison....any ideas?

1900 Census for Election District 12, Carbon County, WY (John Parkison and son Edw. Parkison, both Hardware Merchants)
