GATX is company that leases locomotives and rail cars to railway companies, don't know how long they have been in business and I don't know if this company is related to your find, which appear to have some years on it.

GATX is large corporation. One of it's divisions owns and leases rail cars, primarily petroleum and other specialty cars.
