I'm kidding, but I really don't know what to make of this tiny (just over an inch high) flask type thing. It has a brass loop to attach to a necklace perhaps, and a brass screw top that allows you to open and withdraw a wand with a soft brush on the tip. It appears to be made of wood, with a silver circular sticker depicting Raggedy Ann & Andy. One edge has a tiny metal dowel running the length of it, but it doesn't seem to slide out or anything. The bottom is embossed 'Made in Hong Kong.' Thanks in advance for any input!
