I picked this up at a yard sale figured it was homemade but it has great plains on the bottom of it if anybody can give me some information or have seen one before would be greatly appreciated thanks

Great Plains is the name of the mold company. There are many hobby mold companies that sell ceramic molds for the hobbyist. Unfortunately, the value will be pretty modest on this piece. Here is one on ebay with a better paint job- Vintage RARE Collectible 1978 Star Wars R2D2 Ceramic Bank Great Plains | eBay I doubt it will ever sell at this price.
