Drove to my old hometown and hooked up with my hunting partner to re-do a park we've hit a bunch of times in the past- it seemed all the recent rain had the silver jumping out of the ground.

I didn't take pics of the copper and nickel (non-silver) as they were pretty badly corroded, but the take for the day was a nice 1908-O Barber quarter, 1902 Barber dime, 1947 Rosie, a 43-S War nickel and a nice sterling kid's ring. Also added a no-date Buffalo nickel, 1906 Indian and a dozen wheats. Sorry for the not-so-great pic, but I was pretty much out of natural daylight.

Hope everyone was able to get out and snag some finds!

Thanks Dave! Two words why people move out of here- TOURIST SEASON! I live in Barnstable county and play golf at the Fairgrounds.... 6A is a beautiful, albeit dangerous, road...

Looks like a great day to me. All those silvers plus your coppers would keep me going back.
