Was cruising around some public access land and found a rock with the date of 1888 scrawled on it so swung the detector for about an hour before the wind shut me down (50mph plus gusts today) and came up with some campsite stuff, best things were a stainless steel promise ring and a 1930-S wheatie. Happy mothers day to all you diggers, sluicers, dowsers, magnet fishers, dumpster divers, and epic eyeballers!

Good to see you scrounging out and about.
Cool picture of the 1888 tag, somebody spent a lonely Xmas in the wilds.
You managed to be rewarded with a few items for the day.

Right on Pep thanks, never know what's going to pop out of your hole metal detecting seems like some days I find more nonmetallic keepers then the beeping kind but gotta just accept what secrets the earth chooses to reveal. Hope you are getting out with your machine(s) as well!
