Hey All, I hate being that guy that asks the most generic Questions. Buuut...I have gained an intrest in looking around my Area, and was curious....Are they even here? . I live in North Texas, and have Access to some large pieces of land. So I thought I would try and do some research, but really don't know where to Start..Ive been reading a little about them and how to identify them, but cant find any Info on how to know if they have fallen in my area.....ANY HELP with this would be much appreciated......Sorry again for the Noob question........THANKS!

That's what I kinda Figured...I mean I understand researching areas that were known for debris fields, but I didn't know if a lot of people just Stumble upon them

Certainly, 2 off the top of my head are Odessa and Ash Creek.

Probably many in the Odessa strewnfield. I would love to get down there with my MD.

There was a "Meteorite Men" episode that featured the Ash Creek search in the strewnfield. If I remember correctly, there were many wasp nests in one of the areas there. F that part of the strewnfield, couldn't pay me enough.
