QUICK PARK HUNT LOTS OF CLAD

Went to a park behind my house that I have hunted alot but keeps getting replenished. I hunted 1hr and ended up with $9.11 in clad a set of keys and a toy car, and a 10cent Mexican coin..not bad for an hour hunt and I never even dug everything was found just under the surface using my pinpointer after my sov detected it.

$9.10 an hour is awesome. If I could find that much an hour I'd make it my part time job. $9.10 an hour plus a chance at gold rings, silver, old coins = dream job lol. GOOD HUNT!

Yeah that much in an hour is amazing. Its a park that is shaped like a bowl and all during the summer they show movies on Fridays. I haven't hunted it all summer so thats why so much clad everyone sits on the slopes and loose thier pocket change it was nothing to pick up up to 5-7 coins in one place. Some poor soul lost $2.25 in quarters where they sit at. I haven't found gold their yet but have found some jewelry and a nice heavy silver necklace before.

If you pulled that much out in an hour...and it is the type of site you describe... You may want to take small metal utility flags and grid out 10 x 10 foot areas and just dig everything.... I had a sledding hill like that.... after gridding it out tons more clad...and the surprises were a silver ring, some wheaties and a Kennedy half... Sounds like a great spot!

Nice! Great hunt! That is the kind of spot to have! I really like going out & popping a bunch of clad from an untouched field.

I like to think It pays for equipment too, but the truth is, I'm spending it much faster than I'm finding it.

this is my quick fix spot, I didn't get out to hunt the water this weekend so by today I was chompin' at the bit
I know that everytime I go I will pull out at least $3 in clad but I hadn't hit the spot in 5 months so I knew it was going to be good.

That is some haul of clad. Is that a personal record?

If I find 2 or3 dollars in one day I consider that a very good day. You did very well. I would ventrue to say that you do not have much competition in your area.

I guess it probably is a record for me at least in that amount of time hunting. Yeah most don't venture into my neck of the woods to hunt the park ain't worth thier drive because its only a couple years old and most are busy pounding the older parks that have silver.
