Quick CRH Question

Here is a crazy question. My weekly goal is 20 halves for the week. So last week I had 19 with 2 boxes to go, and I got skunked on box 1. The next day I go to pick up my other box and the teller with it called out sick and she had it locked up. So there I was stuck at 19, however for the week I found 8 silver dimes.

Monday of this week I picked up the box from last week and found 5 in it. So I credited the 1 coin to last week and rolled the 4 others to this weeks totals. Is this what you would have done.

I know this sounds a little crazy.....it all averages out in the end! hahhahaha

I would credit it to the week you picked it up. I track by the month and if I don't pick up the box in the month it does not get counted. GMan0001 used to do a tracking list for the year and the box needed to be picked up in the year for the coins to count.

i credit my finds to the day i finish the box/batch of rolls/roll/bag...but thats just me. hope this helps!!! keep it up and hh!

I actually break my tracking down to the Month, week and then day. But then again my spread sheet is also tracking the Bank, armored car service, box markings and the number of 40s, 90s and skunks.

In the end as long as your adding them to your stack, it really doesn't matter when they were added. If this were me, I'd have done like you did and added them to last weeks because I am tracking the date I got the boxes, not when I opened the boxes - though they are usually the same day, sometimes even the same hour!
