Question on1809 Capped Bust Half

Did the 1809 Capped Bust half have a reeded partially reeded edge? I've been looking at mine trying to determine if the marks on the edge are what's left of a reeded edge or is the experimental edge. Thanks.

I have an 1808 and 1811 and they both say fifty cents or half dollar on the edge.
