✅ SOLVED Question on a mint mark

I found this '63 dime and was noticing the strangeness going on around the mint mark.

Thought I'd ask the experts for their opinions.

all I see in the pic is a slight ding on the mint mark from circulation

You may be looking at an error called a RPM (repunched mint mark).

Any all opinions welcomed! I know it could be a ding, but, here in person, it definitely looks like something over something else.
A re-punched mint mark would fit too.
