Question about the 4.5 inch coil for Ace 250

I use the sniper coil often. I have had great success using it in sports fields along the chain link fences and playground equipment. You can get real close to the metal playground equipment where others couldn't. It also works good in areas littered with pull tabs and junk, where a lot of others avoid. The third time I used mine, I found a tiny gold ring which pretty well payed for mine.

Just as John said. Also if I get permission to detect a small yard I slam on the sniper. I don't even care if there's no trash the sniper gets the call. Most of the time I run the sensitivity to the max. It goes 6 inches easy.

i went to an extremely trashy park with the sniper and it performed well. the stock coil was registering hits like crazy because of the accumulated trash...the sniper worked well ...didn't find much but clad but have confidence in it and it has decent depth...BTW..just bought a cheap bounty hunter pinpointer and that is the best money i've spent in years....makes recovery a dream!!!!

If you own an ace then you would enjoy the sniper coil. In fact, since I put it on about 4 months or so ago, I haven't taken it off. If there is a lot of trash it does a fantastic job and If I want to hunt a lot of ground then I use the Whites. HH and Welcome to TNet.

I have the crossfire coil (4.5 inch) for my GTA - it will allow you to hunt those super trashy areas to some extent. I have made some nice finds that way. It is super slow though - not much coverage with that little coil.
