Question about shipping ebay Priority Mail, etc.

I have limited myself (in fear of postal costs) to buyers within the 48 continental U.S. I had a potential buyer ask if I would ship an item (small bracelet) to Hawaii. Is priority mail padded envelope the same cost anywhere in the 50 states? I thought I had read it is, but I need to double check with you guys before I venture forth.

it was the same for me but you can log onto usps and type in the zip codes weight etc and it will tell you the cost

The Priority padded envelope is a Flat Rate envelope and the cost is the same in all 50 states. about $6.

I sold a 9 gram sterling bracelet to buyer in France, used the flat rate padded envelope and it only cost $23.95. FYI
