Depends on day of the week, if any are out sick, there are variables.
 

On my 3rd nox 600 had problem sent in first one replaced with new less than week. later 2nd problem after covid hit sent in took 30 days replaced with new. Haven't been out to test this one yet. But I feel minelab has done a fantastic job for me with service, I commend them on that. Happy hunting stay safe out there.
 

They are supposedly having problems getting parts The world-wide mail is very slow due to covid. I've never heard anything negative about them. Actually, I've never had any problems getting a part or accessory from any manufacturer.

I agree with this completely. I'm on my second Nox 800 because the first one...was damaged (I won't go into how, but let's just say my teenage son is not as careful as he should be) and they replaced it as a "product issue" under warranty for no cost. That was in 2019 but at that time the turnaround time was quick - less than a week I think.

Great Service from the Detector Center. Mailed my 11 inch coil last Thursday and received my new coil today. It appeared to have a loose cable connection.
