Looks like CW era bullets to me. Awhile back Montana Jim posted this great bullet ID link:

Your bullets all appear to be of the CW style and have the right oxidation color.
Other than that there is no real way to know....since they can be cast anytime in the last 150 years. If you dug them in probable areas I would assume they are the real deal.

Absolutely, they are pistol bullets, probably 36 cal.
