There's an interesting documentary on SciFi tonight at 9 PM. They think that Atlantis sank to the bottom of the sea between Cyprus and Syria.

sounds interesting i might just watch it, i like the term that they use for people who don't garner a great deal of respect in official circles "alternative historians" hahaha

Did anyone watch the show? I watched the last 30 minutes and then didn't stay up to watch the re-showing of it. It just seems to me they recapped all that has been said and done already. So what do you guys think about it?

I disagree.
I believe it was in the ATLANTIC OCEAN.
I wonder where the Atlantic Ocean got its name?
Here is a little trivia of information.
There is or was a man in West Melbourne Florida that discoverd some strange objects buried on his property including a number of artifacts that noone had any idea where they came from or even who made them. He also discovered a rock stairway leading downward,
He invited SO CALLED Experts from the Univerasity of Florida. They went and could not explain the orgian of these objects. They wanted to take ALL the items with them to Gainsville for further testing . He said NO WAY and they could do whatever testing they needed to do right on his property. In fact he offered to construct any structure they would require.
The EXPERTS said NO. He then ran them off his property and built a high chain link fence.
No one has been allowed there ever since.
This was a long time ago but if you want to know check with the local Newspaper.
OH he said that he believed this was the Graveyard for those that died in Atlantis.
He was then classed as a NUT CASE.
Arn't we all a little nuts.

well i did watch it and it did have some great footage and it was very well done. although I'm pretty convinced that Atlantis did not exist as much as i want it to, it just didn't although that is a point i would love to be proved wrong on. The finds around Bimini and off of Crete are I'm sure some lost ancient civilization but they are almost definitely not Atlantis.
