I bought this from a thrift store, I assume it's Quartz, but cannot find any other pictures online of quartz with such solid, localized and vivid pink in it, was wondering what this would be worth?

Your stone is a sawed-open piece of a naturally-filled-in quartz geode, which some people call a Thunder Egg. The center of yours is filled with banded agate.
I do not recall ever seeing agate which has the color of Conch-Throat Pink. There may be a trace mineral which can make SiO2 take on that particular version of seashell-pink color, but I do not know what. Perhaps the agate is colored by Pink Bismuth.
Or, somebody dyed or irradiated it.
