got into a new wash with lots of trash after 15 or so 22 bullets and casings i was ready to find a new area. i stuck my coil behind a small boulder that was sitting on bedrock.
the screaming target told me more of the same but,
i bent down to move the trash only to find this nice surprise. it was just sitting there with no dirt. its funny i get so into the zone thinking,
find that bullet. it took a second to realize what i had.
only hunted from 8 to 10:30.
its sill a bit warm out. but i have a nice new area to clean out for the winter hunts.
weight is 7 grams

Great stuff..... :notworthy: :notworthy: :icon_sunny:  I find that whenever I'm in a gold producing spot and I'm not doing very well, or digging lots of trash, you've just got to stop for a minute, admire the scenery, get a positive attitude going, and tell yourself: I'm going to keep going till I find some gold, and until I do dig the next nugget, I'm going to enjoy every second of it. That's when the gold starts coming in.... :sign13: :icon_sunny: When you're enjoying what you're doing...
When you're in the zone, the gold starts flowing :sign13: getting gold or not, it's an awesome feeling :headbang: :headbang:
