There are a few quality products left. Now all parts break after long use. It's the backup you get from the manufacturers that count. The speed controll in my Fantastic Vent Fan in my MH died. It was guaranteed for 2 years. It is 7 years old. I contacted the manufacturer. They said that the controll has been updated to a more reliable version and they will send one to me FREE.
The magnetic reed switch which is part of my MH step unit went up about a year ago. It was several years out of warranty. I called them up and they sent me one FREE.
Note, both of these units are made In the USA. Frank

good for you Frank.......funny cause hubby just brought back our TT from camping world and we installed new fantastic vents in the master and bathroom...so glad to hear of the great service you received!!

Buying American is always a good thing, but not always the best either.. I have a pair of Japanese Chop Sticks that are over 45 years old, and they are still working

I guess the only problem I'll have is if I lose one of them
