Purple blue green rock.

I found this in the summer in ottawa Canada by the river. not sure what it is. Its dark purple, bluish, and green. It is stony. Its not magnetic but the metal detector reads it well, so it contains some kind of metal. It looks like it has a metallic meteoritic fusion crust.

Can anyone help me identify this.
