Have a Keene 3" I bought last year used. I am updating the motor and also want to order a new ( extra ) seal for the pump. I cannot find a reference to a new motor. I also can't find a reference for the pump seal. The # I found on the pump is p-150 h. The bolt pattern shaft size and thread appear to match up to a new b/s 4.75 hp engine but I can't verify to the pump. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Here are some photos.

OMG that's a ANCIENT pump for sure as no hose bib cast into the housing...Graingers,King bearings, well pump service outlets, marine parts as they are a industry standard for many years. I put in my last set and chucked the box so have no # but just take it with you and ez to compare and save $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$-John

Thanks Hoser, I knew someone would have a good answer. The b/s motor is just as old. The serial # is in Hebrew.

OR just take the seal to a big pump shop or a plumbing supply house OR a bearing supply house and they'll match it up for you! that impeller needs some work also. the vains are worn badly! a good welder with a TIG welder could soup it up for you!

OMG just noticed the plastic pump housing that utilized the paper gasket. Measure thickness,go to OSH or Capitol rubber and buy nylon reinforced rubber of same thickness and make a gasket with exacto knife and drill. Pre1985 or so. Russ told ya the only way to save that impeller as different than new. Bummer is I gave 1 away to a friend, the whole pump....your not posting where your at,I'm in reding kalif and might be able to get it back as MUCH better that than that with new seals and gaskets. Bud lost a leg so no mo' mining for him--PM me-John

John I appreciate the offer and I am weighing some options. 1, buy a honda 6.5 hp with new pump from keene roughly 900$ Delivered. 2, new brigs motor 450$ delivered. New seals and run it. 3, we'll I don't have a # 3. Motor is locked up and needs to be upgraded tank is thin etc. the pumped worked prior but the plastic housing has some cracks around mounting holes and I am concerned with pressing in and out seals. I'm leaning toward the keene setup or not working this season. What do you think, your experience is valuable and I would like to here your thoughts or if you have other options.

Option 4...buy a pump from keene and a cheep Harbor Frieght engine and run that till you can buy you a Honda...
