"PSD" 14k jewelry marking

My wife found a gold and diamond tennis bracelet about two years ago when we were walking in our subdivision. She spotted it in the grass at the edge of the sidewalk. Man, she's lucky! ;D
Anyways, we posted it in the lost & found section of our subdivision website, but had no calls claiming it.
She hasn't worn it, so I will probably just sell it.
My question is, it is stamped "14K PSD" on the clasp.
What does "PSD" mean?
Thanks,
MM

The jewelry maker initials or the manufacturer's mark. I think Wallmart sells some jewelry that is marked like that.

Wal-Mart???? You're killing me. :o I thought their stuff was stamped with a smiley face?
So maybe the PSD stands for "Price Saving Deals"? ;D

If it is from a discount store there's nothing wrong with that. Gold and diamonds are just that, gold and diamonds. And that's always good.

Thanks Ant. You're right.
I am going to Wal-Mart tomorrow. I'll check the hallmarks on their jewelry. It's killing me to know what the "PSD" means. My Google searches haven't turned up any clues.
Have a good w/end,
