1 big can of cream style corn, This is the only thing it is good for!
1 small can of "Ortega" brand green chilie, chopped
1 pound of bacon
1/2 onion
frying pan
Ok, fry up the bacon, drain off half or a little bit more of the fat.
add the onion and cook until just clear.
Throw in the the chilie and cream corn, salt and pepper to taste, heat until it starts bubbling like it is going to boil.
Serve up hot with corn bread, or biscuits
Great for camping, and easy to.
