Went to my great uncles home today that has recently been removed and smoothed over. Hunted about an hour found a few older coins 1941 wheat a1957 Rosie and a few others, also a shot Lincoln wheat penny which I found where the foundation of the house was and later learned from my dad that my great uncle used to shoot at coins on a stump with a 22 rifle with open sites at about 30 yards.the wheat would only get a high tone in one direction but sounded to good not to dig, if you notice in the pic the bullet is still lodged in the top of the front side of the coin and incidentally it is lodged in the head area thought it was kind of odd and interesting.
