RS Operations, LLC is a project management and development company specializing in searching for sunken shipwrecks. We have recently completed Phase I development of the Esmeraldas Province in northern Ecuador. To date, the following development has been completed;
1. A concession covering 100 sq. miles has been granted by the government of Ecuador which entitles RSOPS to 50% of all materials recovered.
2. Additional working arrangements with the Ministry of Culture and the Ecuadorian Navy\Marines have been completed.
3. Detailed survey planning and technology implementation analysis are complete.
4. A survey vessel has been contracted for performing Phase II magnetometer and side scan sonar surveys of the concession area.
5. Detailed onsite logistical and operational planning has been completed.
6. Negotiations with equipment suppliers, service providers and laborers in Ecuador are complete.
7. An archaeologist, certified by the State of Florida, has been contracted to fulfill our contractual obligations.
At this time we are seeking funding for Phase II (exploration) and Phase III (excavation) for this project.
