Problem registering

I recommended this site to a lady from another site. She sent me an e-mail earlier saying that she has been unable to register.

From her e-mail to me:

"I have tried 3 different days and each time it says I am typing the wrong letters into the box where it says to copy the letters shown. I have changed the view, had them played verbally and am certain I am copying them right. Each day is different letters too, and still the response is that my entry does not match the letters shown."

Is this a glitch? Is she doing something wrong? Anybody else having the problem?

Any ideas would be great.

I Havn't heard of anyone else having a Problem

Of course it is hard to tell us unless they know somone here.

Check if she is using Upper Case Letters when
upper case Letters are shown.

and lower case when lower case are shown.

Last member to register was Yesterday at 10:44:48 PM

Upper/lower case is something I hadn't thought of.
I will ask her to try that.
